This Polish capital group has been present in the facility management market for 25 years, with headquarters in Pozna\u0144.<\/strong><\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>The group serves 3,000 facilities throughout Poland, employs over 7,000 people and operates from 13 regional offices.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p><em>\u2013 We are happy to join PINK, and this is happening for two reasons<\/em> \u2013 says Roman Spycha\u0142a, FM director at Clar System. \u2013 <em>Firstly, we want to co-create industry standards, because the value of a building is increasingly determined by how it is used, not just how it was designed. <\/em><em>Secondly, we want to be closer to property owners and managers and discuss real operational challenges with them before the tender stage. Experience from 3,000 properties is most useful when it&#039;s discussed early enough.<\/em><br \/><br \/><\/p><p>ClarSystem offers integrated real estate services in one contract and one SLA:<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><ul><li>Soft FM (cleaning, hospital hygiene, security, reception)<\/li><li>Hard FM (HVAC, sanitary and electrical installations, BMS systems, mandatory inspections).<\/li><\/ul><p>\u00a0<\/p><p><em>\u2013 The FM sector is involved in such important areas of the real estate market as energy efficiency, security, ESG and building operation<\/em> \u2013 says Ewa Andrzejewska, operations director and board member of PINK. \u2013 <em>In June of this year, facility manager qualifications were formalized within the Integrated Qualifications System, confirming the high standards set for this profession.
