Retrofit \/ CAPEX&quot; was initiated by the Polish Chamber of Commercial Real Estate in collaboration with Gleeds Polska. The study provides a practical look at the technical and cost aspects of transforming existing office properties in Poland.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>The publication &quot;Office Building Modernization.
