PINK BAROMETER: REITs and the Polish law. What changes are needed?

Regulation of REITs has already been introduced in more than 40 countries around the world, including all G7 countries. At the PINK 2024 Conference, experts highlighted that despite their differing legal systems, all these jurisdictions have implemented REITs with success at different levels, confirming the ability of this investment model to adapt to local legal conditions. The introduction of legal regulations for REITs in Poland is still awaited.
