PINK BAROMETER: REITs and Polish law. What changes are necessary?

REIT regulations have already been introduced in over 40 countries worldwide, including all G7 countries. At the PINK 2024 Conference, experts emphasized that despite diverse legal systems, all these jurisdictions have implemented REITs, achieving success at varying levels, confirming the ability of this investment model to adapt to local legal conditions. We are still awaiting the introduction of REIT regulations in Poland.
