The publication "ESG for Commercial Real Estate 2.0. Selected Issues and Practices" was released on March 5, 2025. The compendium is produced in cooperation with the Polish Chamber of Commercial Real Estate (PINK), the Polish Council of Shopping Centers (PRCH), and the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS).
The publication consists of articles prepared by ESG experts associated with organizations that face challenges on a daily basis. with the key challenges of sustainable transformation in the real estate sector. They are supplemented by articles from invited market experts, as well as representatives of the Ministry of Development and Technology.
The issues discussed include: legal regulations in the area of ESG, energy transformation with its carbon footprint, building taxonomy in the context of the renovation wave, as well as green financing and the application of ESG in real estate valuation practice.
