PINK and KPMG Webinar: EPBD IV Directive. Poland Compared to EU Countries [September 30, 2025]

We cordially invite you to a webinar organized by PINK and KPMG, which will discuss new energy standards for buildings related to the EU EPBD IV Directive.

The event will take place online September 30 (Tuesday) from 10:00 to 11:30

The amended EPBD IV Directive comes into force in May 2026 and will redefine energy standards for buildings across the European Union. The regulation will force the entire real estate market to adapt, particularly in the area of zero-emission buildings (ZEB) and new energy performance classes (EPC).

During the meeting, we will discuss the challenges and opportunities facing property owners and investors in connection with the introduction of new regulations.

The state of preparations for the implementation of new regulations in EU countries – including Poland – will be presented Monika Dębska-Pastakia, partner associate, KPMG and Elizabeth Czerpak, associate director from the Real Estate team at KPMG.

The second part of the webinar will feature a discussion in which experts from, among others, Bank Gospodarstwa Krajowego BGK, EPP, and Globalworth will share practical recommendations on implementing the directive and preparing for the upcoming changes.

The event is aimed at real estate owners and managers, investment funds and technical and ESG departments.

The content partner of the event is KPMG in Poland.

The webinar is free for members of the Polish Chamber of Commercial Real Estate. For other participants, the fee is 400 PLN + VAT.
