Notice of April 17, 2026, on convening the general meeting of members of the Polish Chamber of Commercial Real Estate Association with its registered office in Warsaw on April 27, 2026.
The Management Board of the Polish Chamber of Commercial Real Estate with its registered office in Warsaw (address: ul. Towarowa 28, 00-839 Warsaw), entered into the register of associations, other social and professional organizations, foundations and independent public healthcare facilities and the register of entrepreneurs of the National Court Register maintained by the District Court for the capital city of Warsaw, 12th Commercial Division of the National Court Register under KRS number: 0000661238 (hereinafter referred to as the PINK Association), acting under § 13 section 2 of the PINK Association's statute, hereby announces the convening of the General Meeting of the PINK Association (hereinafter referred to as the General Meeting) on April 27, 2020, at 4:00 p.m. online, with the following agenda:
- Opening of the General Meeting.
- Preparation of the attendance list and determination of the Meeting's capacity to adopt resolutions.
- Adoption of a resolution on the election of the chairman and minute taker of the General Meeting.
- Adoption of a resolution on the approval of the financial statements of the PINK Association for the financial year ended on 31 December 2025.
- Adoption of a resolution on the approval of the report on the activities of the Management Board of the PINK Association for the financial year ended on 31 December 2025.
- Adoption of a resolution on the approval of the report on the activities of the PINK Association Audit Committee for the financial year ended on 31 December 2025.
- Adoption of a resolution on granting discharge to Paweł Toński for performing the function of President of the Management Board of the PINK Association in the financial year ended on 31 December 2025.
- Adoption of a resolution on granting discharge to Ewa Andrzejewska-Sobieszek for performing the function of a Member of the Management Board of the PINK Association in the financial year ended on 31 December 2025.
- Adoption of a resolution on granting discharge to Katarzyna Steiner for performing the function of a Member of the Management Board of the PINK Association in the financial year ended on 31 December 2025.
- Adoption of a resolution on granting discharge to Arkadiusz Rudzki for performing the function of Member of the Management Board of the PINK Association in the financial year ended on 31 December 2025.
- Adoption of a resolution on granting discharge to Weronika Geurquin-Koryzma for performing the function of a Member of the Management Board of the PINK Association in the financial year ended on 31 December 2025.
- Adoption of a resolution on granting discharge to Kinga Barchoń for performing the function of a Member of the Management Board of the PINK Association in the financial year ended on 31 December 2025.
- Adoption of a resolution on the adoption of the PINK Association budget for 2026.
- Adoption of a resolution on the cancellation of due contributions and the cessation of collecting contributions from ordinary members.
- Adoption of a resolution amending the Statute of the PINK Association.
- Closing of the General Meeting.
