Wojciech Pławiak, legal counsel and tax advisor, managing partner of Litigato Pławiak Prokurat Karcz, will guide us through the complexities of the world of real estate tax.
During the meeting we will discuss, among other things:
- changes in property tax from 2025 and their impact on the commercial real estate industry (office buildings, shopping centers, warehouses);
- tax correction in the context of service charge – whether and when the surcharge can be passed on to tenants;
- real estate acquisition – why it is not worth „rewriting” the declaration;
- the five most common property tax errors in the industry;
- technical networks in commercial properties;
- the latest rulings on heating substations and transformers;
- high-bay warehouses – new tax risks;
- usable area – growing activity of municipalities.
