We invite you to the webinar "Before an investment becomes a conflict" devoted to public consultations in the real estate market, both those conducted formally at the investment process stage and those conducted outside the applicable administrative procedures.
Public consultations are increasingly rarely considered a purely formal stage of the investment process. Well-prepared consultations can help identify risks early, understand stakeholders' expectations, and develop solutions that increase the chances of a successful project. Poorly conducted—or initiated too late—can only exacerbate conflict and perpetuate distrust.
