On November 10, 2024, amendments to regulations relevant to owners, perpetual usufructuaries, and managers of commercial real estate will come into force. This is another amendment to the regulations governing telecommunications companies' access to real estate, including buildings and their telecommunications infrastructure and installations. The new provisions are contained in the so-called "Mega-Act" and the Electronic Communications Law. The Polish Chamber of Commercial Real Estate actively participated in the legislative process, taking steps to develop solutions regarding telecommunications access principles that will be beneficial to owners and managers of commercial real estate.
