The Polish Chamber of Commercial Real Estate invites you to the 16th edition of the FRN in Sopot. The two-day event will bring together nearly 100 experts and over 700 participants. The program will include 40 panel discussions and lectures, as well as a Match Maker zone.
The FRN 2026 program includes two main thematic tracks: residential and commercial. Key topics covered during this year's edition include:
- real estate market fragmentation and its impact on investment strategies, liquidity and risk management
- changing regulatory environment, including the impact of general plans, development decisions and new obligations imposed on developers
- the client-developer relationship and the growing role of regulations protecting buyers and their impact on the market
- transformation of investment models, including the development of the living segment (PRS, PBSA) and the growing importance of institutional capital
- the impact of macroeconomic factors on investment decisions and market strategies
- changing user expectations and their impact on investment design
The special guest of FRN 2026 will be Professor Marcin Piątkowski, who will deliver the opening lecture – "The World at a Turning Point. Development Scenarios for Poland, Europe, and the World." FRN 2026 will also feature PINK board members as speakers: Paweł Toński, president of the Association, and Ewa Andrzejewska, operations director.
The Real Estate Market Forum is a space where different perspectives meet – investors, developers, advisors and analysts, creating a more complete picture of the market.
