The Polish Chamber of Commercial Real Estate has assumed honorary patronage over the competition organized by IFMA Poland. The IFMA Awards of Excellence are presented by the IFMA organization worldwide. The Polish competition is part of a prestigious global initiative.
The competition is open to companies providing services, management, and products for real estate in Poland.
Competition entries are accepted until September 13, 2026.
The awards ceremony will take place in October 2026 in Warsaw.
The IFMA Polska Awards of Excellence 2026 will recognize both specific operational and product solutions, as well as initiatives that build long-term value for customers, employees, communities and the climate.
This year, organizations can submit their projects in nine categories:
- Positive Climate Action – for actually reducing the carbon footprint
- Social Value – for initiatives that change the lives of people and communities
- Excellence in Customer Experience – for revolutionizing customer service
- Workplace Experience – for improving comfort in the workplace
- Product of the Year – for products, services and solutions that change the industry
- Equity, Diversity & Inclusion Initiative – for creating equal workplaces
- People Development & Talent Retention – for developing and supporting teams
- Collaboration – for exceptional partnerships and cooperation between companies
- Implemented building solution – for implementing technologies (PropTech, IoT)
