This year's PRES Polish Real Estate Summit will cover topics such as master plans, ZPI, the premium market, and the housing gap. The Polish Chamber of Commercial Real Estate is the event's patron. The event will focus on directions of change and strategies for 2027 and will be held at the Nosalowy Dwór Resort & SPA Hotel.
This year's PRES 2026 program addresses areas where the real estate market is undergoing the fastest and most significant changes. Master plans, the growing role of state and local governments, demographic changes, and the future of home ownership are just a few of the topics experts will explore.
The event agenda also covers topics relevant to everyday business decisions: the premium market, PBSA, greenwashing, the DOM Portal, and ZPI. We will also discuss technical requirements for buildings in the context of implementing the EPBD.
There will also be room for networking – the one during the breaks between the discussion panels, but also the planned one, using the Match Maker zone.
