If you consent to receiving marketing information, your data will be used to send information about the Controller's activities, events, publications, and other initiatives. The basis for processing is the Controller's legitimate interest (Article 6, paragraph 1, letter f of the GDPR), while electronic communication (e.g., email) is based on separate consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

Data may also be processed for the purpose of pursuing claims or defending against claims, which constitutes a legitimate interest of the Controller (Article 6 paragraph 1 letter f of the GDPR).
