Polish regulations in respect of valuation practice have not changed recently, RICS and TEGOVA work on it, but requirements of Clients: property developers, investors and banks in respect of reflecting ESG in valuation reports rise. What new regulations will be implemented? How valuers cope with this new situations. These and other questions relating to ESG in property valuation should be answered in our discussion.
Agnieszka Hryniewiecka-Jachowicz MRICS Member of the Management Board of PINK, Licensed Valuer will introduce us to the topic of the webinar. Then, representatives of RICS - Anna Orcsik, Strategic Partnerships Europe, Public Affairs CEE and Ben Elder FRICS, Head of Professional Practice, Valuation and Advisory - will present the current and planned RICS regulations in this area, while Małgorzata Kosińska - President of the Mazowieckie Association of Property Appraisers will refer to TEGOVA regulation. Andrea Carpenter, representing ULI Europe, will present the CChange project and Transition Risk Assessment Guidelines, a report that outlines a standardised approach to assess and disclose climate transition risks as part of property valuations.
