PINK continues to work to address issues related to the granting of so-called owner consents.
In March, PINK sent letters to the Ministry of Justice and the Ministry of Development and Technology indicating the need to regulate the issue of obtaining so-called owner consents in the context of problems faced by perpetual usufructuaries.
In its letters to the Ministry of Justice and the Ministry of Development, PINK argued that the problems, which make it impossible to rationally plan commercial investments on larger properties, could be solved by regulating the procedure for obtaining such consents by applying an administrative procedure for their issuance.
We are waiting for the response from both ministries - we will keep you informed about the progress in this field.
