In the face of rising interest rates, dynamic demographic changes and new environmental regulations, the real estate market in Poland and Europe is facing a series of unprecedented challenges. At the PINK 2024 Conference, experts highlighted that the office sector is reformulating its approach to space management, while the warehouse market, despite global challenges, remains stable. At the same time, rising housing prices and declining consumer purchasing power are creating new challenges in the housing market, which could open the door for REITs.
