The Polish Chamber of Commercial Real Estate (PINK) has published aggregate data on existing modern warehouse and industrial space, new supply volume, space under construction, lease transaction size and vacant space.
The data is sourced from consultancy firms operating in the commercial property market: Axi Immo, BNP Paribas Real Estate Poland, CBRE, Colliers, Cushman & Wakefield, JLL, Knight Frank, Newmark Polska oraz Savills.
