The third edition of the paper ‘ESG for Commercial Real Estate: Selected Issues and Practices’ was jointly produced by four industry organisations: the Polish Chamber of Commercial Real Estate (PINK), the Polish Council of Shopping Centres (PRCH), the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and the Urban Land Institute (ULI Poland).
Today, ESG has a direct impact on asset value, cash flow stability and access to finance. The authors of the publication “ESG for Commercial Real Estate 3.0” analyse, among other things, the impact of climate risks on real estate, lending and investment decisions, the decarbonisation of existing buildings, the circular economy, the automation of ESG data, and changing regulations, including the EU Taxonomy and the Omnibus Package.
