PROPERTY TAX 2025 – WHAT WILL CHANGE FOR THE COMMERCIAL REAL ESTATE INDUSTRY

The Sejm and Senate have passed changes to the property tax for 2025. Businesses must therefore prepare for the changes to their tax returns, which will take effect in just a few days. These changes will affect many taxpayers, including commercial property owners. Therefore, we invite you to a workshop where we will discuss the most important changes to this tax, with particular emphasis on areas affecting the real estate industry.
During the meeting we will discuss including:
- whether the proposed changes will affect the taxation of buildings,
- what objects on commercial properties will not be structures from 2025,
- what risk areas should be addressed in the settlements for 2025,
- we will discuss the basic problems and ambiguities related to the new regulations,
- We will talk about administrative court rulings that may affect settlements in the real estate industry in 2025.
The meeting will be led by experts:
- Daniel Panek – Senior Manager at CRIDO, specializing in tax and court proceedings as well as real estate tax (both for business clients and local government units).
