Announcement of the Minister of Finance of 28 July 2022 regarding the upper limits of local tax rates and fees for 2023

It was published in Monitor Polski Announcement of the Minister of Finance of 28 July 2022 regarding the upper limits of local tax and fee rates for 2023.

The announcement specifies the maximum rates of local taxes and fees, including property tax, for 2023.

The maximum rate for land related to business activities has increased by 12.62% – the new maximum rate is 1.16 PLN.

As for buildings related to running a business, the maximum rate increased by 11.81% to the amount 28.78 PLN,

The maximum rate for taxation of buildings remains unchanged at 2%.
