The Standing Committee of the Council of Ministers adopted draft amendments to two important acts for the commercial real estate market.

For information:

1. design laws amending the Act on Spatial Planning and Development and certain other acts  was adopted by the Standing Committee of the Council of Ministers on January 24, 2023. The draft will now be considered by the Legal Committee, whose meetings will be held from February 3 to 10, 2023. The draft will then be adopted by the Council of Ministers, which will probably happen at the end of February. 
2. on January 19, 2023, the draft amendment the Real Estate Management Act and certain other acts  It was adopted by the Standing Committee of the Council of Ministers. The Legal Affairs Committee is scheduled to meet on February 7-8, 2023, to consider the bill. The bill will then be submitted to the Council of Ministers for adoption, likely in late February.
