We invite you to a stationary training course organized jointly by PwC, Polish Chamber of Commercial Real Estate (PINK) i Polish Council of Shopping Centres (PRCH), during which experts from PwC Polska will guide participants through the practical effects of the amendment to the Accounting Act, transposing the CSRD directive as of 1 January 2025.
🗓️ The meeting will take place February 4, 2025, in hours 10:00 – 12:00 in the Warsaw office PwC ul. Polna 11.
Under the amendment to this Act, the scope of companies, both listed and unlisted, required to prepare a non-financial ESG report will gradually expand, in line with the European Sustainability Reporting Standard (ESRS) and the EU Taxonomy. Consequently, large companies and groups meeting certain employment and financial thresholds will be required to prepare a sustainability report for 2025, which—as an integral part of their management reports—will be subject to independent verification.
