PINK is a patron of PRES 2025 in Zakopane. The event will take place on November 17-18 at the Nosalowy Dwór Resort & Spa hotel and will bring together developers, business leaders, investors, financial experts, and local government representatives.
This year's fifth edition will be devoted primarily to housing topics, a summary of the past year, and forecasts for 2026. PRES 2025 is a forum for the exchange of ideas that set the directions for the sector's development in the coming years.
The conference will open with a debate on whether interest rate cuts and lower mortgage rates will be sufficient tools to stimulate increased activity in the housing market. Experts will also discuss the Housing Price Transparency Act, activity in the PRS sector in the housing market, the role of Western investment funds, and the trend of investing in hotels as a new dimension of housing functions.
PRES 2025 topics will include mergers, acquisitions, and amalgamations – analysis of significant transactions in the real estate market, conversions of office functions and the use of industrial or service land for living purposes, the EU ETS2 system and its impact on the costs of building construction and maintenance, as well as new legislative solutions and rules of cooperation between developer and agent.
