The Polish Chamber of Commercial Real Estate invites you to an online event on building certification. „"Building certificates in Poland and Europe: How not to get lost in the jungle of possibilities?"” The content partner of the webinar is the consulting company JWA.
During the event, experts and market representatives will meet to organize knowledge about certificates in Poland and Europe.

Regulatory pressure and the expectations of financing institutions mean that environmental certificates for buildings have become a standard, but also an element of the business strategy of commercial property owners.
During the meeting, we will discuss the types, importance, requirements, and impact of certificates on market practices in Poland. We will examine the different expectations and needs of local governments, developers, investors, and property managers.
We will also try to answer questions such as:
- Can you choose the „wrong” certificate?
- How to prepare well for certification?
- Is certification a sublime greenwashing, or a real tool for standardizing the building?
- What is the impact of having a certificate on the greenness of a building and compliance with the EU taxonomy criteria?
The event is aimed at real estate owners and managers, investment funds, technical and ESG departments.
The online meeting is free of charge for member companies of the PINK Association. For other participants, the participation fee is 400.00 PLN + VAT.
