The Polish Chamber of Commercial Real Estate and RICS invite you to an expert meeting dedicated to AI in real estate. The event is being organized in a hybrid format.
We will discuss the principles of using artificial intelligence, the benefits and risks it brings, as well as the areas of its use and the challenges facing our industry in connection with AI.
When: September 2, 2026 (Wednesday), 10:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.

We will be introduced to the topic by: Marek Ballaun (Octo GRC and OCTO Legal) and Seweryn Afanasjew (RICS). Marek Ballaun will share his insights from a lawyer working in the areas of AI and cybersecurity, among others. Seweryna Afanasjew will explore the use of AI in the real estate market, from transaction-related analyses, through property valuation and various levels of property management, to client relations and business support.
The speakers will invite the meeting participants to open discussion and sharing their experiences in using AI in the real estate market, as well as insights into the challenges ahead of us, both today and in the future.
The event is free of charge and intended for RICS members, representatives of PINK member companies and our guests.
