Another company has joined the Polish Chamber of Commercial Real Estate – Clar System. This Polish capital group has been present in the facility management market for 25 years, with headquarters in Poznań.
The group serves 3,000 facilities throughout Poland, employs over 7,000 people and operates from 13 regional offices.
– We are happy to join PINK, and this is happening for two reasons – says Roman Spychała, FM director at Clar System. – Firstly, we want to co-create industry standards, because the value of a building is increasingly determined by how it is used, not just how it was designed. Secondly, we want to be closer to property owners and managers and discuss real operational challenges with them before the tender stage. Experience from 3,000 properties is most useful when it's discussed early enough.

- Hard FM (HVAC, sanitary and electrical installations, BMS systems, mandatory inspections).
