In connection with public consultations conducted by the Ministry of Development and Technology (MRiT) Polish Chamber of Commercial Real Estate Association (PINK) submitted comments to the draft regulation of the Minister of Development and Technology on the technical conditions to be met by buildings and their location (entered into the List of legislative works of the Ministry of Development and Technology under item 68).
Our comments concern:
- definition,
- regulation of the building's location,
- regulation of recreational facilities,
- regulation of garages for passenger cars,
- area of commercial premises,
- inaccuracies in Annexes 3 and 4.
