The publication "Office Building Modernizations. Retrofit / CAPEX" was initiated by the Polish Chamber of Commercial Real Estate in collaboration with Gleeds Polska. The study provides a practical look at the technical and cost aspects of transforming existing office properties in Poland.
The publication "Office Building Modernization. Retrofit / CAPEX" includes, among others:
- presenting the topic of modernization of office buildings in Poland, taking into account cost ranges and estimating the impact of modernization solutions on energy efficiency
- discussion of the legal and technical framework for modernization
- analysis of two case studies based on theoretical objects representing different modernization needs.
