In connection with the unsatisfactory changes in the draft Act amending the Real Estate Management Act concerning the purchase of the right of perpetual usufruct, we continue to appeal for a regulation of the issue of consent of the owner when dividing or merging real estate at the request of the perpetual usufructuary.
