In connection with the development of the epidemic situation, by virtue of the Regulation of the Council of Ministers of 21 January 2022 amending the Regulation on the establishment of certain restrictions, orders and prohibitions in connection with the occurrence of an epidemic from 24 January 2022 to 28 February 2022 in public administration offices and organizational units performing public tasks, the obligation to work remotely was introduced.

Prime Minister Mateusz Morawiecki and Minister of Health Adam Niedzielski at press conference on the current epidemic appealed to entrepreneurs to allow employees to work remotely whenever possible.
