We cordially invite you to take part in the on-line event “ESG and Financing and Refinancing of Real Estate SPVs – Part 2” organized by the Polish Chamber of Commercial Properties (PINK) on October 27, 2022. The event will be held in English (we do not provide translation). The beginning of the event at 2 p.m.
During the meeting, we want to discuss in detail the subject of financing and refinancing of real estate companies in the context of ESG requirements. Victor Fonseca, Associate Real Estate Team, GRESB will give the presentation “How investors are assesing the sustainability of the asset”. Based on that presentation Joanna Plaisant, Strategic Partnership and Sustainability Associate Director, ESG Lead, ARCADIS will moderate discussion with experts representing financial institutions.
The on-line meeting (27.10) is free of charge for representatives of member companies of PINK Association. For other participants the fee is PLN 300.00 + VAT.
