It was published on the website of the Government Legislation Centre draft regulation of the Minister of Development and Technology on the construction log and the Electronic Construction Log system.
The proposed regulation specifies:
- what elements should the construction log consist of;
- what activities will be undertaken by the architectural and construction administration and construction supervision authority as part of issuing the construction log;
- technical requirements for the construction log in paper form;
- what entries in the construction log should look like, especially those of key importance (regarding the appointment of people to specific functions on the construction site or protocols related to the construction process);
- the method of authentication and authorization and the impact of this process on maintaining the construction log in electronic form.
The draft assumes that the regulation will enter into force on 27 January 2023.
Public consultations on the project will last until 26 August 2022.
