As of April 28, 2023, the provisions of the Law of October 7, 2022, amending the Law on Energy Performance of Buildings and the Law - Construction Law, amending the Law of August 29, 2014 on Energy Performance, among other things, came into force with regard to the energy performance certificate of a building and automation and control systems.
In view of the numerous doubts raised by our members regarding the provisions of the amended law, on May 12, 2023, we sent a letter to the Ministry of Development and Technology addressing the interpretation issues raised by our members, with a request for the Ministry to take a position on, among other things, the obligations related to the preparation and submission of the energy performance certificate, the display of the certificate, and the inspection of heating and air conditioning systems.
We are awaiting the Ministry's response - we will publish the received position without delay.
