During the meeting, we want to discuss in detail the subject of financing and refinancing of real estate companies in the context of ESG requirements. Piotr Mokrzański, Sustainability Project Manager, Arcadis, will summarize the results of PINK Banking working group project set up to establish the current and projected expectations regarding sustainable financing in the real estate sector. Olga Assanowicz, ESG Reporting and Strategy Lead, Arcadis, will give the presentation “Sustainable financing: key ESG aspects for buildings in EU legislation”. Based on that presentation Joanna Plaisant, Strategic Partnership and Sustainability Director | ESG Lead, Arcadis, will moderate discussion with experts representing financial institutions: Kamil Liberadzki, Dyrektor Departamentu Rozwoju Regulacji, KNF, Elżbieta Chmielowska, Dyrektor Biura Finansowania Nieruchomości, BNP Paribas Bank Polska, Bartosz Silczak, Menedżer Zespołu Analiz Ryzyka ESG, BGK, and the market: Jakub Poniatowski, Finance Director, Capital Park, Marcin Popowski, Investment Manager, Sierra Balmain, Adam Łuciuk, Head of Debt and Structured, CBRE.
